Public medical center

I was treated in a very pleasant, professional and competent manner throughout my visit. Felt like a customer rather than just a patient. Would recommend this practice to anyone.

I used Hotdoc to make a booking but on arrival was informed I had actually made a booking with their flu clinic by mistake. Staff were happy to ask the doctor if he would stay later to see me which he did. Really thankful for the great service.

I always have a lovely time bringing my children to the clinic and generally fast waiting time, they're lovely with children and babies.Great customer service from the reception as well.

I've been seeing their doctors and nurses for many years. Doctors and receptionists are friendly and skilled and I thank them for their great service. Waiting times vary from short to 40+ minutes. There is room for improvement. A quick text message half an hour before the appointment time telling me to expect a delay would help a lot.

I have attended North Beach Medical for over 5 years now and continue to do so despite my having moved away from from the North Beach area, Dr Storer is easily amongst the best doctors I have ever had to date, one of the things that stands out for me is his being very informative and always happy to explain the details of treatment I receive, also he discusses treatment options rather than just telling me what is going to be done is another thing that puts him ahead of other doctors I've had in the past, all the staff at North Beach Medical are friendly and respectful people in my experience and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering getting treatment there

Reception staff absolutely lovely, however waited 25+mins past appt time to see the Doctor. Once seen Dr, she was lovely.

This was a last minute appointment as I was already at St Luke’s for a pathology request. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful, and the doctor only charged the Medicare amount as it was a very short appointment. Great experience.

Receptionists have lack of effort. I asked the receptionist to ask the doctor to check results but apparently they have to many patients to get through, so basically I have to wait. Or book an appt which will cost me money. How simple is it to ask a doctor to look at your test results.
